At VIIMPII, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.

1) Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- At the moment, international shipping is not available.

2) Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3) Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: 4–8 business days
- Remote locations may take slightly longer depending on courier serviceability.

4) Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be available on select offers/order values, as displayed on the website.

5) Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email/WhatsApp (as applicable).
- You can use the tracking link to monitor delivery status in real time.

6) Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address/phone unavailability/customer unavailability, the order may be returned to origin.

7) Address & Contact Details
- Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are accurate.
- VIIMPII is not responsible for delays/losses caused by incorrect customer details.

8) Delays
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, festivals, natural events, or courier disruptions.
- In such cases, we appreciate your patience and support.

9) Damaged / Open Package at Delivery
- If the package appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept delivery.
- If already accepted and issue is found, contact us within 24 hours with unboxing photos/videos.
